The 7th NEW VET Steering Committee Meeting of the ERASMUS+ KA3 – Support for Policy Reform Networks and partnerships of Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers Network fostering the European Work-based learning system for VET providers “NEW VET” took place on 5th and 6th of April 2022 in Nova Gorica (Slovenia).
Ms. Norma Edith Castro, project coordinator from IAL Marche, welcomed the participants by making a short overview on the work programme for the day.
During the first day of the meeting, the project partners had the opportunity to express their views concerning the project – the results as well as the difficulties due to the pandemic- through the jamboard platform. In addition, each partner presented the current project activities per work package and the next steps to complete the pending activities and deliverables.
Šolski center Nova Gorica (ŠC NG) also organized the last NEW VET Networking Café. The main aim of this event was to foster and strengthen the networking activities between partners coming from different countries such as Finland, Estonia and German. The event took place in the fab lab, a place to play, create, mentor and invent: a place for learning and innovation. It’s a place where students, teachers and companies meet and work together on concrete challenges.
The discussion of the second day of the 7th SCM was dedicated to the organisation of the Share your Story award ceremonies per partner country and the final event of the NEW VET project in Ancona.
